As a Black professional for many years, I have felt a void of positive and enlightening publications geared towards this important group. Magazines like Black Enterprise have been mainstays in the segment population but focuses more on business than on lifestyle and personal goals.
Guess Who’s in the August Issue of Glamour Magazine? ME!
Back in April, I was contacted by a writer from Conde Nast, the company that publishes Glamour, regarding my blog post, My Boss Takes Credit for My Work. The writer asked me to tell the story behind my post and the example I gave in the piece, and after a few emails back and forth, I was told I may or may not be included in an upcoming issue of the glossy magazine.
