Yes, you read right! Over the years, I’ve had to embrace my curvy figure and blossoming bosom. My chest has always been my introduction of sorts and I used to say that when I could have a breast reduction, I would so it wouldn’t be an issue—no more stares of people looking at “them” and not “me”. It was a hindrance more than anything, but at 35 years of age, I am proud of my breasts and my body. And going to the Curvy Revolution Convention in Las Vegas is the culmination of that.
The Curvy Revolution Convention is a once a year event that happens in Sin City. It’s a convention that celebrates not only the fabulous and full figured women but women of all sizes and shapes—for we should be happy with our bodies no matter what size we are. There are workshops, fashion shows, booths, events, and a black tie event that can only be described in one word—fabulous.
Not only am I attending the Curvy Revolution in Vegas, but I am working behind the scenes as a Production Assistant—I received my schedule last week and I am so excited to add this wonderful and positive conference to my resume, as well as bring my readers and followers, most who are fabulous women, a dose of the wonderfulness that will be happening next week. So even though I will be having a lot of fun, I will be there working, making sure that everything runs smoothly and that the attendees have a ball.
Many of you have already reached out to me about attending the Curvy Revolution since I announced it a few weeks ago in a You Tube video. I had no idea that they Curvy Revolution was indeed that—a revolution of women who love their bodies and want the world to know. Just because you aren’t a size 2 doesn’t mean you are beautiful, sexy, pretty, gorgeous, and worthy of attention.
I see you girls, and yeah, we got this.
The Curvy Revolution takes place at Planet Hollywood from Friday, February 8th to Sunday, February 20th. The line-up of speakers include the fabulous B. Scott, personality Jess Weiner, Nephew Tommy, and Marlo Wright. To learn more about the Curvy Revolution, click HERE. You can also follow them on Twitter @CurvyRevolution.

I leave today for this and I’m so excited. I was suppose to be a model but they sent me an email saying that they may run out of clothes. So I might volunteer my makeup services.
