I know it may be a little early to be talking about Back to School, but around here, school is due to start in about a month. So I have already begun prepping for The Chicklet’s entrance into the 6th grade. With a list of items that can easily put a dent in my wallet, I have come to rely on the Sales Tax Holiday Weekend here in Missouri to purchase her back to school supplies (and clothing and other needed things) tax free. And like Missouri, there are many other states that offer tax free weekends to their residents in order for back to school shopping.
Anyone can participate in the Sales Tax Holiday Weekend. It is also a perfect time to purchase computers, printers, etc—you can purchase up to $3500 worth of tax exempt items (in the state of Missouri).
I have a list of 2015 Sales Tax Holiday Weekend Dates by State that not only show you the dates, but the items that are exempt and amount limits and how many days you are allowed to shop tax free.

Aha! Just got exactly what I was looking for! Few minutes ago I read about Sales Tax Holiday Weekend and there, I didn’t find for this year announcement. Anyway, I need a preparation and should go to back school for few things to buy. Thanks for the whole price list. 🙂
