I’ve been waiting for over a year for Respect, the highly-lauded and anticipated Aretha Franklin biopic starring Jennifer Hudson as the Queen of Soul. I’ve been a huge fan of Ms. Franklin’s music since I was a little girl, and I’ve always been fascinated with her life just as much as I was with her music.
Respect hits theaters Friday, August 13th, but I’ve been invited to a special Queen’s Night Out screening of Respect on Tuesday, August 10th at the AMC Esquire.
