Thank you Regions Bank for sponsoring this post.
Banking is a subject that many of us do not like to talk about. When I think of banks, it makes me think of long lines, not enough services, and transactions that are more like pulling teeth than being financially beneficial. Despite all of this, however, we have to have banks. And as a business owner and entrepreneur, I rely on them for a lot of my money matters.
I was pleasantly surprised to learn about the new Regions Bank locations opening in the St. Louis area, and their attention to helping make banking a less stressful experience. With three new branches opening in O’Fallon, Cave Springs, and Manchester, Regions is introducing new technology and a modern, updated look that makes them user-friendly and easy to access. Six more locations are also slated to open in the St. Louis area, showing that Regions Bank cares about the needs of residents in our communities.
Here are a few of the features that will be available in the new Regions Bank locations:
Regions’ Video Teller Machines
These Video Teller Machines connect customers with a Regions Video Banker via live two-way video. Along with processing most teller transactions, Video Bankers can help customers with account maintenance and general inquiries. They’re available during extended hours on weekdays as well as on weekends and most holidays.
DepositSmart ATM
Customers will have access to Regions’ DepositSmart ATM located in the branch’s 24-hour vestibule, which can accept deposits and cash checks for customers at any time, day or night.
Regions Virtual Concierge
Regions also offers Virtual Concierge, allowing customers to enjoy personalized service from Regions Bank anywhere, any time. From a Regions branch to your kid’s soccer game, you have the power to bank how you want, when you want. Regions’ team of Virtual Concierge Bankers are trained to guide and advise you on all of your financial needs – from planning for the future to ensuring you have the right savings plan, and so on. With Virtual Concierge, customers have more flexibility. Regions customers can connect with Virtual Concierge Bankers by phone, video, chat, email, or even LinkedIn.
Facial recognition and/or fingerprint technology
For customers using safe deposit boxes. This system employs several layers of technology designed to enhance security surrounding save deposit boxes while also improving efficiency of access for Regions customers.
In addition to all of these helpful new tools, when you walk into the new Regions Bank locations, customers will be welcomed directly by a Regions Banker who can help customers with all of their branch-banking needs. No more boring teller line.
These new updates allow busy working moms and dads the ability to do their banking without a lot of stress, freeing up more time for family and special moments.
I visited the new Manchester location, and enjoyed seeing the services up close and personal.
With their commitment to the area, I know that Regions Bank is dedicated to assisting St. Louisans with their banking needs, and they are committed to help us reach our financial goals.

Wow, this is a good looking bank. None of the branches by me look as good as this. Hoping we get the VTM’s near me too.
George says
I love being a Regions customer. I switched banks last year and haven’t looked back.
Angelica says
I may need to switch my bank. The fees are too high and there aren’t enough locations by me. Regions may be an option.
