Welp, it’s back to school time. If you’re anything like me, then you’re scurrying around making sure that your kiddos have everything they need to start the school year off right. My 14-year old daughter is a big tech evangelist just like her mom and dad, so she put together a few of her favorite gadgets for my 2018 Back to School Tech Guide for Teens.
Without further adieu…
Samsung Galaxy 9
This is my addition to the list, as I’ve had this device, compliments of being a #BetterMatters Verizon Ambassador. The Samsung Galaxy 9 is a perfect smartphone for teens and has everything they need including an amazing camera, fast processor, smooth screen swiping, and can hold apps galore.
My teen even uses it from time to time, and she is a bonafide iPhone enthusiast.
COBY Waterproof Bluetooth Speaker
Does your teen like to listen to music while they take a shower and get ready for school? My daughter is a huge music fan, and she is in love with the COBY Waterproof Bluetooth Speaker, which allows them to pair their devices and play music from their playlists.
They can also answer calls with it too—has a built in mic and answer button. It’s suction cup design makes it easy to mount to the shower or most bathroom surfaces.
Tile Pro Series Combo Pack
For the second year, I am including the Tile Pro Series Combo Pack in my Back to School Tech Guide for Teens. This handy bluetooth tracker helps your teen locate things in mere seconds. They can put it on keys, backpacks, wallet, pretty much anything.
It is a must for tweens and teens alike.
Belkin Wireless Charger
My daughter has enough cords in her room, so we wanted to get her a wireless charger for her iPhone 8 Plus. Many of these types of chargers on the market are pricey, but this Belkin Wireless Charger is inexpensive and charges her phone (and a few other devices) rapidly.
ZMI Plugornot Zero Portable Charger
To help your teen keep their devices powered while on the go, the ZMI Plugornot Portable Charger is it. It’s compact, user-friendly, and can charge up to two devices at the same time. Use with iOS and Android devices–no extra cords are needed since it plugs right into the wall.
Lightening fast charge, too!
Polaroid Snap Instant Print Camera
My teen has a Fujifilm Instax Instant Camera but it is rather big for traveling, or taking to school for projects. She prefers the Polaroid Snap Instant Print Camera because it is smaller, yet durable, and prints quality pictures for her needs.
It comes in different colors, and can be used for work or for play.
Here’s to another awesome school year that is kid tested and mom approved.
