Vitamin Packs
Alright, mamas. Who is guilty of not taking vitamins? Even if you live a healthy lifestyle, you probably aren’t getting the required amount of daily vitamins and nutrients. Multivitamins are good, but they still do not cover everything your body needs.
Enter Vitamin Packs. This monthly service starts with a questionnaire that asks you everything form your lifestyle, to sleep patterns, to health issues, to workout regimen and more. Based on your answers, they come up with the recommended vitamins and supplements you need to live your bet life.
I started my Vitamin Packs last month and I see and feel a difference. I have an AM pack and a PM pack that address my issues including weight loss, sleep, iron, and lack of sun.

Sam Edelman Circus Boy Bye Slides
I have a lot of summer travel planned, so slides are a must for easy beach vibes. I saw these BOY BYE Circus by Sam Edelman slides and they had me at HELLO! They are super cute, colorful, and make a fun conversation piece. See you in Miami!
Calm App
We are busy moms and we often forget to take time out for ourselves. And if you are heavily stressed out and experience anxiety, you will need a moment daily to tap our and reconnect. The Calm app is a great way to zone out and focus on peace and tranquility, even during chaotic moments.
Calm can help you go to sleep with soft nature sounds, help you mediate, and find some respite in your day.
Download it HERE for Android and iOS.
Lola Tampons and Health Products
Did you know that the FDA doesn’t monitor what are in tampon and sanitary napkins? That means that most of us are walking around with things inside of us that we are not 100% sure what they are made of. Once I heard this, I made it my priority to find a better solution.
Lola is a company that makes organic tampons and other health products that are safe for us to use. Their tampons are made with organic cotton—that’s it! No chemicals—which is something that I’ve been looking for.
Visit MyLola.com to get the scoop on their tampons and to order your own.
Small Weights
I am in the process of writing a book that helps professionals stay active during the work day. One of the tools of the trade for this is to have some small weights that are easily accessible in your workspace. These small weights (shown are 5 lb and 3 lb) are compact enough to use in the office. Pick them up and do repetitions while on hold, between meetings and appointments, etc.
Here’s to the best summer yet, my friends. Do you have any summer plans?
