When attending CES, one receives a plethora of invitations to attend events. While it can be overwhelming, you get the hang of it as you learn to discern which events you should cover. The last few years, I’ve had to the opportunity to cover several key events hosted by Family Tech Summit, most notably their Philips soirees.
They are always a treat as they give us a preview of the exciting lifestyle technology products that help our health and wellness. This year’s Philips VIP Breakfast was no exception, as we were given a peek at their suite of Digital Health Solutions.
Philips Sonicare line is always on the cutting edge of merging technology and innovation for our healthcare needs. A healthy body begins with a healthy mouth that is clean and well-maintained.
Philips has introduced the Philips Sonicare Flexcare Platinum, which is the Cadillac of toothbrush systems. It connects to an application that shows you where you need to brush more to reduce plaque buildup. This system also can send updates to your dentist regarding your tooth health, and much more.

Perfect for home or travel, the Philips Sonicare Flexcare Platinum is a great investment. It won a 2017 CES Innovation Award, so you know it’s a hit.
Not to leave the kiddos out, Philips has developed Sonicare for Kids system that encourages healthy habits. Kids can earn prizes that you set with the app as well as helps parents monitor how well their kids are brushing. How cool is that?

We then learned about the Philips Sonicare Breathcare device that checks and rates your breath for freshness. This too works with the Philips app to help improve your breath.
Philips is also launching a travel sized CPAP machine for sleep apnea sufferers which will be out in March.
The Philips VIP Blogger Breakfast during CES 2017 was super informative. Attendees got to leave with a bag of goodies, including a Philips Sonicare Essence Electric Toothbrush. I am loving it already!
Technology works best when it helps improve our overall lifestyle and well-being. I love when brands like Philips help make taking care of ourselves and our families easier.

Hi Danyelle,
I basically agree that the Platinum conneted is a good toothbrush. What I don’t like about the Philips line is that they seem to be only for singles. Their brush heads don’t have a color code to tell them apart. And refills are also more expensive than other brands.
