As a mom of a 21 year old and an 11 year old, I’ve had a cumulative of 20+ first days of school. I am what you would call a seasoned pro at this point. For back to school, I make sure to shop early, utilize as many discount and shopping programs as I can, and I also buy in bulk so we don’t have to re-up as often as the school year progresses. But no matter how experienced I am at this BTS thing, there’s always something that throws me for a loop each year. This year, it’s my now-tween is need for a razor, as it is time for her to start shaving her legs and underarms. Of course this is new territory for me since my oldest is a boy, but I opted to go with the flow and take her under my wing instead of acting as if this was totally weird. I, too, started shaving around this age, so I should’ve been prepared!
We visited Walmart and looked at the selection of disposable razors that would not only do the job, but would make minimum work with her as well as be easy to use. After careful studying, we chose the Schick® Quattro For Women® disposable razor for it’s design and price point. The one three-pack we selected was created for sensitive skin, and four blades for easy, yet close shaving. The comfortable grips on the Schick® Quattro For Women® disposable razor was also something that I felt is important to have in a razor since my tween is just learning how to shave—it’s a necessity.
I found the selection of products at Walmart to be perfect for a mom with a new shaver on her hands. And the price was just what my budget ordered. Our back to school shopping is officially complete, and my daughter is preparing for her first day of school with shaving her legs and underarms for the first time.
Oh how they grow up so fast!
