Summer is almost here! And with it not only comes warmer temperatures and longer days, but also the need to cool things off a little where beverages are concerned. In most offices, the coffee pot is where everyone gathers to get their fix and mojo. But with it being so hot outside, who wants to drink hot coffee? A perfect alternative to regular coffee is iced coffee. And as a fan of International Delights Coffee, it can be a perfect way to get your coffee on while enjoying the summertime.

I personally like to enjoy an iced coffee slush. And if you have a hand blender, you can easily do this at work too. Add ice and about a three tablespoons of milk (for creaminess–I use two percent). Blend. And then enjoy. I have also added yogurt and nuts to it for a very filling smoothie.
