DIY Precious Baby Supplies Bouquet:
Supplies Needed-
Baby washcloths
Baby socks
Baby mittens
Baby ties if a boy, hair bows if a girl
Green florist tape
Florist Wires
Faux greenery
Vase or basket
As far as the washcloths, socks, mittens, bows, faux greenery, and basket, you can find all of those supplies at your local dollar store. For the cloth items, you don’t want anything too thick and bulky. Go for lightweight fabrics in a variety of colors. These will create your blooms, so keep in mind their color and design.
Florist wire and florist tape can be found at most craft stores for $3.00 or less. Be sure if you head to Michael’s or Hobby Lobby you take your printable 40% off coupon with you!
Directions-
This is so much easier than it looks!
1. Roll your washcloths as you would a jelly roll. Do this individually with each one. Set aside.
2. Roll the socks and mittens the same way. Just lay them flat and roll them as you would a fruit roll up or jelly roll.
3. Hold these items between your fingers and pinch the bottom. Take your florist tape and wrap the bottom to hold it in shape.
4.Take your florist wire and bend the top into an “L” shape. You only need to bend about ½ an inch over.
5. Place under the wrapped item and extra tape to secure it.
6.Use your florist tape to attach greenery to the stems of the flowers.
7. Start assembling in your basket or vase. Your blooms may be top heavy, so gather them tightly and fill in with extra faux greenery for a full look and best support.
8. Arrange your blooms to your liking!
When you are finished, you will have a bouquet made out of some practical baby products! You can always tuck in extras such as pacifiers, nail files, etc. if you wish. These give the gift a little more substance and a pop of color.
The best part about this baby shower craft is, you don’t need to wrap it! No need to buy a gift bag or wrapping paper. It is perfectly presentable as it is and in ready to give condition.
If you are PLANNING a baby shower, why not make some of these bouquets to serve as centerpieces? Not only will they look lovely and solve your centerpiece need, but they can be given to the new mom after. It is a craft that can surely serve double duty!
Make a statement at the next baby shower you attend! Give this easy baby shower craft a try and be ready to hear all of the “ooohs” and “aaahs” as it is unveiled!

That’s super cute. Crafts at showers are becoming a huge thing. I noticed at Kim K’s shower they made their own floral “headbands.”
