Being how I studied advertising and public relations the first two years of college, I know that ad companies work diligently to create ‘shock and awe’ and get our attention. There are millions of ads and of course they want us to notice their “vision”, so creative licensing must take place in order for that to happen. Take a look at this new advertising window campaign for Gap jeans:
Is this a little too much? And how does Gap know I don’t look good in shorts? LOL. Weren’t they telling me three short months ago to get a pair?
What do you think of Gap’s new ad campaign? Hate it, love it, overkill, or blah?
Comment and let me know!

I know it says 'we,' but I'm thinking insulting people before they can get in the door is not a good way to get people to spend good money in your store.

Good point. Not sure if I like the ad or not. It’s clever but also not very inspiring. Thanks for commenting!

I was hoping they were targeting the sagger crowd (LOL) but uh, I think the people who shouldn't wear shorts know who they are.
Yay GAP. Let's see where the campaign leads.

I am not to keen on this window ad but Gap kills the commercials, especially around the holidays. Thanks for commenting. Appreciate it!
