As I have blogged endlessly HERE and HERE about my 6 yr old’s hair woes, her hair is not very easy to tame. Her thick, curly, tresses are a handful and I do my best with the tools and products I have been referred. Creme of Nature’s line has come in handy lately, especially when I am preparing to straighten her hair.
My daughter was participating in a photo shoot, and she was required to have ponytails. I washed and conditioned her hair with Creme of Nature’s Sunflower & Coconut Detangling Conditioning Shampoo and Chamomile & Comfrey Nourishing Conditioner with certified organic ingredients. I left the conditioner on for fifteen minutes with a plastic cap, and followed with Creme of Nature’s Red Clover and Aloe Daily Breakage Relief cream and allowed it to air dry.
The finished product was well conditioned hair that was soft, manageable, and healthy. Creme of Nature’s products have easy to use instructions, and I am indeed a fan. I use these products not just on my daughter’s hair, but on my own as well. As a matter of fact, I began using Creme of Nature because of my mother, who also used them on her hair.
Here are a few pictures of the finished product.
This was not a paid endorsement, however the items used were furnished by Creme of Nature for review purposes.

She’s so cute! I think it is great that the two of you can bond over this. My mother never did much of anything with my hair, just had it all cut short. I still don’t know how to do much with my own hair, beyond ponytail or bun.
My son’s hair is very difficult for me, though we keep it short. He won’t sit still for a conditioning treatment so I stick with the leave-in kind.
